Bambi Sheleg is an Israeli journalist and magazine editor dedicated to promoting a profound and wide-ranging Israeli and Jewish discourse that places emphasis on issues of society and identity. As a means of advancing these goals, in September 2000 she founded an NGO called Eretz Acheret (“A Different Israel”) that publishes a magazine and website of the same name, which analyze and critique social, cultural and spiritual developments in Israel and among the Jewish people.
